An Eco Leader helps their neighborhood, HOA, or organization understand how waste reduction works in the Methow. They are the “go-to” for questions and information for all things waste related.  Eco Leaders are vital to ensuring that our wider community has the information they need to participate in reducing waste.

Being an Eco Leader is low-commitment, with periodic check-ins, training, and enrichment with Methow Recycles staff. You do not have to be a full-time resident.

Our Eco Leader program currently has teams in Edelweiss, Sun Mountain Ranch Club, and Pine Forest. If you are interested in joining one of these teams or becoming an Eco Leader in your neighborhood, please email aspen@methowrecycles.org.
